| 路沿石与路缘石并不是完全一样，两者之间还存在着一些区别和不同。
路沿石是建设材料,一般情况下都有许多不同的模具,道路设施等都是含路沿石的,一般和花岗岩一起用.
路缘石是公路两侧路面与路肩之间的条形构造物。一般高出路面10cm。
路缘石是设置在路面与其它构造物之间的标石。（或说为，是设置在路面边缘与横断面其它组成部分分界处的标石）
在分隔带和路面之间，人行道与路面之间一般都要设置路缘石，另外在交通岛，安全岛都设置缘石。 其形式有立式，斜式和平式等。 The roadside stone and the curb stone are not exactly the same, but there are some differences and differences between them.
