| 施工要点 Key points of construction 1）测量放样 1) Survey and setting out 安装前，应校核设计中线，测设安装控制桩，直线段桩距为10m，曲线段不大于5m。按照设计高程进行控制测量。 Before installation, the design center line shall be checked, and the control pile shall be measured and installed. The pile distance in the straight line section shall be 10 m, and the curve section shall not be more than 5 m. Control survey shall be carried out according to the design elevation. 2）运输 2) Transportation 预制件在运输过程中，应放置平稳，避免损坏。运到施工现场的要及时安装，若不能及时安装完毕要与其他材料沿路面一侧摆放整齐，不能影响路容路貌。 During transportation, prefabricated parts shall be placed stably to avoid damage. Those transported to the construction site should be installed in time. If the installation cannot be completed in time, they should be placed in order along one side of the pavement with other materials, so as not to affect the appearance of the road. 3）安装 3) Installation (1) 砂浆垫层和勾缝砂浆严格按试验室给的配比进行拌和，勾缝砂浆采用细砂，标号满足施工图要求。 (1) The mortar cushion and joint mortar shall be mixed in strict accordance with the proportion given by the laboratory. The joint mortar shall be made of fine sand, and the mark shall meet the requirements of the construction drawing. (2) 统一采用坐浆法施工，垫层砂浆厚10mm，不允许污染预制块和路面。安装前，基础要先清理干净，并保持湿润。 (2) The slurry setting method shall be adopted uniformly. The thickness of cushion mortar is 10 mm, and it is not allowed to pollute the precast block and pavement. Before installation, the foundation should be cleaned and kept moist. (3) 安装时，用线绳控制直顺度，相邻缝用8mm厚木条或塑料条控制，缝隙宽不应大于10mm。 (3) During installation, the straightness and smoothness shall be controlled by wire rope, and the adjacent joints shall be controlled by 8mm thick wood or plastic strips, and the gap width shall not be greater than 10mm. (4) 相邻预制块的缝隙应封严且均匀一致。路肩石与沥青混凝土路面无缝隙。 (4) The gap between adjacent precast blocks shall be sealed and uniform. There is no gap between shoulder stone and asphalt concrete pavement. (5) 应事先计算好每段所需块数。路肩石安装时要与泄水槽的喇叭口、结构物圆滑地相接，线条直顺，曲线圆滑美观。 (5) The number of blocks required for each segment should be calculated in advance. When installing the shoulder stone, it should be connected with the bell mouth and structure of the drain tank smoothly, with straight lines and smooth curves. (6) 安装速度应能满足现场施工的需要，必须在上面层施工之前安装好。 (6) The installation speed should be able to meet the needs of site construction and must be installed before the construction of the upper layer. (7) 路肩石安装完后，及时回填夯打密实路肩或中央带后背的回填土。 (7) After the shoulder stone is installed, the road shoulder or the backfill with back in the center shall be backfilled and compacted in time. (8) 路肩石安装后，必须再挂线，调至顺直、圆滑、平整。 (8) After the shoulder stone is installed, the line must be hung again and adjusted to be straight, smooth and even.
