滑模路缘石施工工艺在高速公路中的应用
Application of Slipform curb construction technology in Expressway
摘要: 滑模路缘石技术不仅能提供优美的道路环境,还能够保护路缘不受破坏。文章结合某高速公路工程实例,介绍了滑模路缘石技术的前期准备工作和施工工艺,提出了施工注意事项,以期对类似工程起到借鉴作用。
Abstract: slipform curb technology can not only provide beautiful road environment, but also protect road margins from damage. Combining with an example of a highway engineering, this paper introduces the preparatory work and construction technology of Slipform road edge stone technology, and puts forward some notices for construction, in order to draw lessons from similar projects.

0 引言
0 Introduction
滑模路缘石工艺具有优美的外观,是城市建设中相当重要的手段。这项技术在高速公路中的应用也是相当有效的。实践表明,在对我国国内的多条高速公路采用了这项技术进行施工之后发现,采用专门的滑模机制作的路缘石在工程中的应用,从美观性、质量等方面相较于以往的方法都有明显的提升。而且对于以往先将预制好的路缘石在道路施工过程中进行安装的方法,滑模路缘石工艺能够提高安装速度,节省施工时间。当然,我国对于公路的建设起步比较晚。我国自行研发的机械不够先进,而采用国外引进的机械又存在不能完全适应我国国情的状况。总的来说,目前这项施工工艺还处于发展的阶段,需不断改进。国家层面来说,对于这项工艺所建设的道路还没有明确的验收标准和检验标准。施工过程的规范操作也没有明确成型,所以我们还需要进行不断的积累与探索。所有采用这项工艺的施工单位都应该有责任对这项工艺进行总结探索,以期达成共同的标准。故本文以某高速公路K90 +800 ~ K121 +500 段为实例,对滑模路缘石施工工艺进行探讨。
Slipform curb technology has beautiful appearance and is a very important means in urban construction. The application of this technology in expressways is also quite effective. The practice shows that after the application of this technology to many highways in China, it is found that the application of the road edge stone made by special sliding mode machine in the project has been obviously improved from the aspects of beauty and quality compared with the previous methods. And for the method of installing the prefabricated road stone in the process of road construction, the sliding mode edge stone process can improve the installation speed and save the construction time. Of course, the road construction in China started relatively late. The machinery developed by our country is not advanced enough, and the machinery imported from abroad is not suitable for China's national conditions. Generally speaking, the construction technology is still at the stage of development and needs continuous improvement. At the national level, there is no definite acceptance standard and inspection standard for the road built by this technology. The standardized operation of the construction process is not clearly formed, so we need to continue to accumulate and explore. All construction units adopting this technology should have the responsibility to summarize and explore this process in order to reach common standards. Therefore, taking the K90 +800 to K121 +500 section of a highway as an example, the construction technology of Slipform curb is discussed.
1 工程概况
1 Engineering Survey
以某高速公路工程项目K90 + 800 ~ K121 +500 段为例,详细介绍了滑模路缘石施工工艺。应委托方的请求,同时为推广应用这项新技术,此项目的全段都采用了这项施工技术。为了配合这项技术,承建方找到了相关滑模机制造企业研制了新型的全自动滑模机。全线施工的长度大约为103 km,整个路段都采用滑模施工工艺。
Taking the K90 + 800 K121 +500 section of a highway project as an example, the construction technology of Slipform curb is introduced in detail. At the request of the client and at the same time, the construction technology is applied to the whole section of the project. In order to cooperate with this technology, the contractor has found a related sliding mode machine manufacturer and developed a new fully automatic sliding mode machine. The length of the whole construction is about 103 km, and the whole section adopts the slip form construction technology.
2 前期准备

对于路缘滑模机的介绍,在此就不一一进行了。项目设计的准备工作如下述。

2. 1 施工人员准备
2.1 construction personnel preparation
因为此项施工工艺还处在推广之中,比较新颖,所以以往工作人员的施工技术需要进行改进提升。因此,在施工过程中,需要所有的人员都进行定期的学习与培训。施工单位应该采取先试用,再选取合适的人员。例如通过部分试验段来对施工人员进行筛选、定岗。而操作滑模机的人员更是必须经过培训后才能上岗。

2. 2 施工设备准备

除了前文提到的滑模机以外,项目还需要运输设备、切割设备、保养设备等进行前期选择。本工程根据实际情况,改装了普通的混凝土罐车,选择了自带盖布的小货车,并将洒水车以及发电装备等进行了准备。

2. 3 施工材料准备
2.3 preparation of construction materials
为保证滑模的质量,在混凝土的成型原材料上我们进行了严格的筛选。粗骨料我们选择的是轧制碎石,并且这些碎石强度很高,耐磨性良好。细料采用的是洁净的江沙。水泥的选择为硅酸盐型水泥,标号必须保证高于43 号。为确保路缘石能够更快成型,并且减少其水分,增强其强度,最好能在材料中加入减水剂。为确保混凝土的表面质量,在混凝土和料过程中可以加入优质的粉煤灰。

2. 4 混凝土配合准备

混凝土的质量决定了土建工程的质量,路缘石也是如此。如果混凝土的质量不达标,路缘石的成品质量也会受到相应的影响。对于路缘石的混凝土强度,由于和普通情况不同,所以不能采用室内标养的标准衡量。混凝土的强度应该参照试验段的强度,具体的混凝土配合比例如表1 所示。

2. 5 试验段的总结

按照惯例,对于大型工程施工前都需要进行试验段实验施工。这样做能够保证在正式施工过程中不会发生大规模的工程质量问题,保障工程的质量。对路缘石滑模施工也不例外,对不同路段进行试验施工后,总结了如下经验与方法,对于未来施工有重要的帮助。

After the trial construction of different sections, the following experiences and methods are summarized, which will be of great help to the future construction.
( 1) 培训员工熟悉滑模机的各种操作,了解如何对机械进行日常维护,掌握分析机械是否存在生产质量问题,确保生产的路缘石没有质量问题。

完成各试验段的施工与总结之后,将各情况上报委托方,待各项审批通过后才可以进行正式施工。
