1、路缘石的施工准备阶段

1.1概念介绍

路缘石指的是设在路面边缘的界石，简称缘石。它是作为设置在路面边缘与其他构造带分界的条石。路缘石是公路两侧路面与路肩之间的条形构造物，因为形成落差，像悬崖，所也路缘石形成的条状构造，也叫道崖。结构尺寸通常是99 cm×15 cm×15 cm。一般高出路面10 cm。路缘石设置在中间分隔带、两侧分隔带及路侧带两侧，缘石可以分为立缘石和平缘石。

1.2材料选择

原材料：水泥、碎石（砾石）、砂等由持证的材料员及试验员按规定进行检验，确保其质量符合相应标准。砂采用质地坚硬、强度高并且耐磨性好的符合设计要求的中砂，选择标号低的普通硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰水泥，并且水泥要存放在通风干燥的地方，水采用自来水，路缘石采用正规厂家生产的预制块，并且进场材料质保书、复试报告、砼配合比经监理工程师批准。

The quality assurance certificate, retest report and concrete mix proportion of the mobilized materials shall be approved by the supervision engineer.

混凝土配合比设计及试验：按混凝土设计强度要求，由试验室做出试验室配合比，根据现场材料作出施工配合比，满足路缘石用混凝土的要求。

1.3技术要求

熟悉和掌握施工图设计文件以及施工现场的地质、水文资料，编制单项工程施工组织设计，施工前就施工的技术与安全问题向现场技术人员、管理人员、施工人员进行确认。检测各种模具尺寸是否统一，现场试验与室内试验结果是否吻合，各种资源配置是否能保证大面积施工等，并编制作业指导书。备齐施工图纸、招标文件及施工技术规范标准，并组织技术及质检人员认真学习，深切理会图纸设计意图，熟悉标准、规范要求，以便指导施工并控制好施工质量。工地试验室对拟使用的材料如水泥、碎石（砾石）、砂等进行检测，同时根据设计标准进行配比试验，配合比试验结果报监理和业主中心试验室认可。
